ANNAELLEGALLERY is proud to present Hanna Ljungh´s first solo show at the gallery. The exhibition, titled Foundations, is composed of new photography and sculpture examining the foundations behind the idea of nature.
As an extension of the series Vivisections, Hanna Ljungh stages geological excavations where layers of time are revealed and embodied physically. Arranged and built up in her studio, the vivisections are made up of recycled building material, spray paint and personal belongings. The works can be seen as a planned investigation of something that is both memory and factual - past and present.
